JBS - Shamirpet Elevated Corridor
The Paradise–Shamirpet Elevated Corridor on SH 01 is moving from planning to execution. As of July 2026, nearly half of the overall corridor was available for construction, with around 7.5 km of the required 9.81 km of defence land handed over. Utility shifting, boundary wall construction and other preparatory works are also underway.
Once completed, the corridor is planned to ease congestion along SH 01 and strengthen connectivity between Paradise, Secunderabad, Thumkunta and the Shamirpet ORR. For Meluha, this means being just 5 minutes from the upcoming corridor, offering residents improved access to Secunderabad, the ORR and key destinations across North Hyderabad.
